About The Position

Golden Artist Colors is seeking a Finance Supervisor to play a key role in analyzing production costs, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting financial reporting, and partnering with Operations to drive profitability and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is responsible for maintaining standard costing systems, analyzing manufacturing variances, monitoring inventory accuracy, preparing cost and operational reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The role also assists with month-end and year-end close activities. The Finance Supervisor provides day-to-day supervision of assigned finance staff and helps ensure accurate financial information, compliance with established accounting procedures, and effective financial support of manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• 5-7 Years progressive experience in accounting, finance, cost accounting, or financial analysis
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with budgeting support, reporting, inventory analysis, and cost accounting
• Prior experience leading projects or providing work direction to staff preferred
