About The Position

The Finance & Strategy Intern will support the Finance and Strategy teams in analyzing financial performance, developing insights to drive decision-making, and assisting with strategic initiatives across the organization. This role provides hands-on exposure to financial planning and analysis, business performance evaluation, and cross-functional strategic projects. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required); experience with financial modeling is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in corporate finance, strategy, and business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support.
  • Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages.
  • Analyze business performance trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and operational planning.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Accounting, HR, etc.) to gather data and support business initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Assist with special projects, including M&A analysis, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for leadership meetings and strategic reviews.
  • Perform ad hoc financial and operational analyses as needed.
