About The Position

Our Finance team serves as the strategic backbone for the construction division, centralizing month-end closing processes and handling financial forecasting, including construction depreciation and grant forecasting. We work closely with leadership to establish performance targets and provide financial analysis to support business decisions. Position Overview: We are seeking for a Strategic Finance Analyst to join our team and take ownership of critical financial processes. In this role, you will lead high visibility effort to simplify capital settlement across the VF and build a robust settlement process, establish effective control mechanisms, and support the transition from PCE to Finance operations. You'll be responsible for leading Close DPN processes while identifying and fostering connections between different departments to ensure seamless workflows. What You'll Do: You'll design and implement settlement frameworks that enhance accuracy and efficiency, create control systems to maintain financial integrity, and serve as a key point of contact during our operational transition. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally, build processes that will have lasting impact, and develop expertise in financial operations and controls. We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting
  • 5+ years of experience of related experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Must be able to manage tight schedules and demonstrate the following abilities: Results-driven mindset
