This role involves assisting with project completion by requesting payments from lenders, handling customer inquiries via phone and email, identifying and correcting data entry errors, entering data into spreadsheets and databases, filing invoices and check stubs, and managing A/P month-end tasks.

Requirements

1 -2 years of administrative/data entry experience
1+ years of professional Microsoft Office experience
Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately
High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational ability with meticulous recordkeeping

Responsibilities

Assist with the completion of projects by requesting payments from lenders
Answer customer phone calls and emails, ensuring all questions are answered in a timely manner
Identify and correct data entry errors
Enter text and figures into company spreadsheets and/or databases
File invoices and check stubs as payments are made
Handle related A/P month-end tasks as noted on the monthly closing spreadsheet
