About The Position

At PwC, our people in finance consulting specialise in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy. These individuals analyse client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their financial performance, improve decision-making, and achieve their financial goals. Those in corporate finance, treasury and commodities at PwC will specialise in providing financial advisory services related to corporate finance, treasury management and commodities. You will work closely with clients to analyse financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. The Opportunity As part of the Working Capital team you lead the creation and implementation of impactful cash flow and working capital management strategies. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You are responsible for leveraging team strengths, managing performance to deliver on client expectations, and identifying opportunities to enhance business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of working directly in a consulting environment advising corporations on finance, cash and working capital transformation and/or technology enhancements

Nice To Haves

  • Master of Business Administration in Finance, Accounting, Finance & Technology, Information Technology, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Analytics preferred
  • CPA, CTP or CFA preferred
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of working capital performance
