About The Position

The Finance Project Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, invoice validation, procurement analytics, and financial controls supporting the owner’s representative organization for the AI factory campus. This role will work closely with executive leadership, project controls, procurement, and project management teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and proactive cost management across multiple active construction scopes. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction finance and project controls experience within large-scale mission critical or infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years construction finance or project controls experience
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Cost reporting and invoice management experience
• Experience supporting large-scale construction programs
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a professional work environment, including preparing written reports and documentation, conveying information clearly to team members, clients, and stakeholders, and responding appropriately to verbal and written communications related to job duties.
