Mitchell Buick-GMC is seeking a Finance Products Admin with previous dealership experience. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage finance product cancellations, processing, and reconciliation. Requirements

Previous dealership finance/accounting experience preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (both written & verbal).
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; Excel skills required.

Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience is a huge plus!

Responsibilities

Log in to lender portals and print finance product cancellation letters.
Research and record deal information for all product cancellation requests.
Scan all product cancellation documents into DMS.
Process all GAP cancellations.
Request quotes for CL/AH.
Email or upload supporting documents for correct cancellation amounts.
Label and sort other cancellations and forward to Finance Manager.
Reconcile and post weekly invoices and monthly statements for sold and canceled finance products: VSC/ESC, GAP, Tire & Wheel, CL/AH.
Produce cancellation refund checks to customers and/or financial lien holders.
Reconcile and post monthly Finance dealer reserve statements.
Review DMS schedules to ensure all sold products are registered and verify any cost differences with Finance Managers.
Review DMS schedules to ensure dealer reserves are paid and verify discrepancies with Finance Managers.
