About The Position

This position is for a Finance Producer responsible for handling financial aspects of sales, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves soliciting all products, maintaining up-to-date information on warranties and financing, preparing necessary paperwork, collecting payments, and ensuring all transactions are compliant with local, state, and federal laws. The Finance Producer must also maintain required state licenses and ensure the use of current and accurate forms. Additionally, the role requires promoting ethical conduct, enforcing safety precautions, and performing other duties as assigned by management. A key aspect of the role involves using a personal device for multi-factor authentication to enhance company network security.

Requirements

High School Education Degree
6 to 12 months auto sales experience
Valid driver’s license without restrictions that affects your ability to operate company owned vehicle(s) and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
Must attend AFIP within two months of hire and complete all certifications within six months
Excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
Ability to identify and achieve targeted goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to understand verbal and written instructions
Ability to work well with a range of individuals
Ability to prioritize various tasks
Ability to clearly communicate with customers and coworkers alike to ensure an excellent customer experience
Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
Ability to effectively respond to inbound and outbound phone calls
Excellent attention to detail, professional demeanor, and a positive ‘can do’ attitude

Responsibilities

Ensure 100% solicitation of all products to every customer 100% of the time
Maintain current information regarding extended warranty policy costs and guidelines, insurance rates and financing buy-rates
Prepare all paperwork, paying careful attention to completeness and conformity with local, state and federal regulations
Collect any monies due and verify funds with the accounting office as applicable
Correct and complete any held offerings promptly for funding
Maintain state license required to sell insurance and extended warranty policies
Maintain the finance forms, ensuring that most current and accurate forms are used
Meet requirements of state and federal law for retail auto sales and consumer protection
Uses personal device to provide an additional layer of security for company network and site access through multi-factor authentication.
Promote excellent morals, ethics and customer service
Enforce safety precautions specific to the work area
Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
