RFG is seeking an experienced Finance Operations Contractor to support a high-impact engagement focused on building scalable advisor invoicing processes, rationalizing technology billing, and improving corporate finance operations. This is a project-based role working directly with our Finance, HR, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver structured, audit-ready processes and documentation across multiple workstreams. This is a contract role for approximately 3-4 months, with flexible weekly hours (20-40 hours per week). The role can be based in Birmingham, AL (hybrid schedule) or remote, with occasional travel to Birmingham required for onboarding and other purposes.
