We are looking for a high-impact Finance Operations/COE Manager to sit at the intersection of Finance, Product, and Go-To-Market (GTM) to serve as the architect of scale for our Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Revenue Accounting workstreams. Lead the finance workstream for New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring every new SKU or pricing model is supported by our billing engine and accounting policies. Own the project lifecycle from initial discovery and business case development through to post-launch stabilization. Partner with GTM and Sales Ops to optimize the deal lifecycle, streamlining processes from initial CRM quotes to final revenue recognition. Bridge the gap between finance and technical teams by documenting detailed business requirement documents (BRD) and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Ensure all system changes comply with ASC 606 standards and internal controls in close collaboration with Revenue Accounting. Develop and deliver comprehensive change management and training programs to ensure finance and sales teams are confident in new processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in Finance Operations or Center of Excellence (COE) roles.
  • Understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Revenue Accounting.
  • Experience with New Product Introductions (NPI) finance workstreams.
  • Ability to own project lifecycles from discovery to stabilization.
  • Experience partnering with Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales Operations.
  • Proficiency in optimizing deal lifecycles from CRM quotes to revenue recognition.
  • Skill in documenting business requirement documents (BRD).
  • Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Knowledge of ASC 606 standards.
  • Experience with internal controls.
  • Experience developing and delivering change management and training programs.
