About The Position
The Finance & Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the finance and operations functions of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in relevant software. The associate will handle confidential information and must be eligible to work with U.S. government and defense-related partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2–5 years of accounting, operations, or bookkeeping experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
- Must be eligible to work with U.S. government and defense-related partners
Nice To Haves
- ERP exposure (SAP, Dynamics 365, etc.) is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working onsite and handling confidential information
