This role provides financial analysis and/or advanced general finance/accounting or related operational support. The analyst will understand business partner/department objectives and contribute to achieving performance/financial goals by recommending appropriate actions based on analysis and review of results. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial performance against benchmarks, reconciling variances, researching and explaining findings, coordinating finance projects, audits, and reporting processes, and collecting meaningful data. The analyst will provide accurate data analysis, interpret findings, make recommendations, and identify complex issues beyond their level of expertise. They will act as a key Finance Support resource, providing technical subject matter expertise and operational process support. The role involves analyzing key process drivers, identifying root causes of operational issues, and recommending improvements. They will also identify, document, and investigate process exceptions, resolve escalated matters, and develop/execute reporting functions. Managing customer relationships and other areas of TD Finance is also a part of this role.
