About The Position
Sloane Toyota of Philadelphia is looking for an experienced F&I Manager to join their successful team. This is a great opportunity to join a successful dealer group in the Philadelphia metro area, representing a best-selling brand.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Finance Manager experience in an Automotive Dealership with a strong sales background.
- Prior Dealership experience and Reynolds &Reynolds Proficiency.
- Proven track record as an F&I manager.
- Ability to pass pre-employment requirements including MVR, drug test and background check.
Responsibilities
- Sell financing and other finance and insurance products to customers.
- Sell Extended Warranties and all other after market items.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, factory and otherwise.
- Achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals.
- Work with Sales Manager to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
- Handle all rate quotations.
- Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
- Establish and meet monthly objectives.
