About The Position

The Finance Manager, Enabling Functions Finance will join the HQ Corporate Finance team and report to the Director, Enabling Functions Finance. The role partners with enabling function and leadership teams to monitor and explain financial performance, support planning and forecasting, and provide insights for business decisions. It develops financial models, cost and scenario analyses, dashboards, and executive materials while supporting compliance, controls, and improvements to finance processes and technology.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of corporate work experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong track record of business partnering.
• Experience in FP&A, modeling, and forecasting tools.
• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Experience visualizing data in Power BI.
• Solid understanding of financial planning and analysis, accounting, financial systems, and processes.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical background and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to collaborate on a results-oriented team and deliver high-quality cross-functional results within tight time constraints.
• Effective written and verbal communication with all levels of management.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervisor direction.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to provide financial guidance and insights to peers and internal stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• MBA or CPA.
• Experience with SAP, OneStream, Essbase, or Anaplan.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, evaluate, and report performance across designated enabling functions, identifying issues, opportunities, and challenges.
• Prepare operating expense and capital investment reporting and analyze the business dynamics and results underlying performance.
• Use visualization and dashboarding to deliver efficient, value-added analytics.
• Support close processes by analyzing operating expense lines and other P&L items, and prepare materials for financial reviews with senior leadership.
• Support forecasting and Annual Operating Plan submissions, including report generation, template management, and analysis of submissions across the P&L.
• Act as a business partner to enabling function and leadership teams.
• Deliver executive presentations, materials, and insights to support finance reviews and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models, trend analyses, scenario analyses, and dashboards to provide strategic insights and support business initiatives.
• Conduct cost modeling and scenario analyses for new initiatives in partnership with enabling function leaders.
• Create data visualizations that communicate financial and operational stories, including key drivers, impacts, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance, strong controls, and adherence to finance policies across enabling functions.
• Support continual improvement and transformation initiatives, including technology implementation and finance process enhancements.
