Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5 years of automotive finance experience
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending, and finance products
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and ability to provide a high-level customer experience
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Previous additional finance or dealership management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle cash and finance transactions from start to finish
• Guide customers through available financing, protection products, and insurance options
• Present finance and protection products clearly, professionally, and accurately
• Work with lending partners to secure competitive financing options for customers
• Assist the Sales Manager in selecting the best qualifying financial institution for each transaction
• Prepare, review, and complete all required finance and purchase documentation accurately
• Ensure all transactions comply with applicable company policies and federal and state requirements
• Maintain strong relationships and communication with lending partners
• Serve as a liaison between the sales team, customers, lenders, and accounting department
• Assist the sales team in identifying financing options that best fit each customer's needs
• Maintain accurate, organized, and complete deal documentation
• Work toward individual and dealership finance performance goals
• Help provide a seamless transition from vehicle selection through financing and final delivery
• Work collaboratively with other departments to provide an exceptional customer experience
