The Job: As a Finance Manager you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor Global Supply Chain Finance team working as an onsite employee at our plant in Willard, OH. The Finance Manager reports to the Plant Controller and supports Stanley Black & Decker’s Willard, OH manufacturing facility, which is a key site within the company’s North American operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance; CPA or MBA a plus
  • 5+ Years Finance experience supporting operations
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish Languages is preferred
  • SAP and HFM experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Supports core financial routines for the Willard manufacturing site, including actuals, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Analyzes and interprets plant performance, evaluating variances and assessing the impact on site results.
  • Drives cost and cash performance at the Willard plant in alignment with global manufacturing standards.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with local supply chain and operations teams to drive financial performance.
  • Assesses capital needs and supports capital prioritization for the Willard facility in partnership with manufacturing leadership.
  • Provides scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis in a business case format to support decision-making at the plant level.
  • Leads and/or participates in performance reviews with Willard operations leadership.
