The F&I Manager makes credit decisions, submits deals to lenders for approval, and helps bridge disconnects in the sales process. With a background in automotive sales or finance, this role involves finding the right finance and insurance products for every customer. The F&I Manager will welcome customers, work with them to develop relationships, determine financing needs and payment options, and present a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products. This role also involves processing finance transactions, ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws, following up with customers, building rapport for referrals, and achieving targeted sales goals. Additionally, the F&I Manager will gain product knowledge, ensure administrative processes are handled in a timely and compliant manner, and provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
