Requirements

2+ years of successful automotive Finance & Insurance experience
Strong understanding of automotive lending, compliance, and dealership finance processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
High-energy personality with a positive, professional attitude
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

F&I Manager experience preferred
Proven track record of achieving profitability and customer satisfaction goals
College degree or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

Guide customers through financing and lease options while securing appropriate lender approvals
Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lending partners
Present finance, protection, warranty, GAP, and aftermarket products with confidence and professionalism
Ensure all transactions are completed accurately, legally, and ethically
Achieve departmental goals for finance income, product penetration, and customer satisfaction
Prepare and submit all required federal, state, and dealership documentation in a timely manner
Enhance the customer experience by creating a transparent and efficient purchasing process
Monitor performance metrics and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Recruit, coach, and develop F&I team members as needed
Partner with sales and management teams to create a seamless customer experience
