Finance Manager, Adaptive Planning

Instructure, Inc.•,
•$130,000 - $145,000

About The Position

Instructure is seeking a Finance Manager to own Adaptive Planning, the company’s planning platform. The role serves as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the platform, managing its models, integrations, security, and reporting in support of annual operating plan, budget, and forecast cycles. The position also supports company-wide headcount planning and personnel cost forecasting. The role administers planning cycles and reporting, builds and audits system integrations and data loads, manages access, trains and supports users, and troubleshoots issues with internal teams, Workday support, and external consultants. It also manages headcount roll-forwards and personnel cost assumptions, reconciles headcount and costs across systems, and models scenarios for leadership and planning cycles.

  • Ability to analyze large data sets, solve problems, and translate business needs into system and process solutions.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work with Finance and non-Finance teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Must pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
