About The Position

McDonald Volkswagen is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team in Littleton. This role is commission-based, with average compensation around $150,000 and top performers earning up to $250,000. The Finance Manager will be responsible for meeting with customers to discuss financing needs, presenting financing options, developing relationships with lending institutions, structuring deals to maximize dealership profitability, assisting customers with credit applications and required documents, and ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to ensure smooth vehicle sales processes and delivery, and identifying opportunities for additional product sales such as extended warranties, insurance, and GAP coverage.

Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Finance Manager
Strong understanding of automotive lending processes, financing products, and customer credit profiles
Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software
Strong attention to detail in reviewing financial documents and ensuring accuracy in all transactions
Strong persuasion skills to effectively close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

Meet with customers to discuss their financing needs and present financing options.
