About The Position

Crain Kia of Fayetteville is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who understands that great F&I performance comes from doing things the right way—taking care of the customer, maximizing every opportunity, maintaining strong lender relationships, and keeping deals clean and compliant. This isn't a position for someone looking to simply sit in the finance office and wait for deals. We're looking for someone who wants to produce, improve, help the team win, and grow with us.

Requirements

• Experienced Automotive Finance Manager
• Proven ability to produce strong PVR and product penetration
• Strong lender relationships and understanding of deal structure
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with paperwork and funding
• Strong understanding of compliance and ethical F&I practices
• Competitive mindset with a team-first attitude
• Desire to grow within the organization

Nice To Haves

• Automotive F&I experience preferred
