About The Position

Intuitive Health is seeking an accounting or finance professional to manage financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting for assigned joint venture (JV) and management services agreement (MSA) emergency and urgent care facility operations. The position is part of the Corporate Accounting/Finance team at the corporate service center in Plano, Texas, and reports to the VP of Finance. It works closely with the Operations team and partner Finance and Accounting teams. The role offers career growth within a private-equity-backed healthcare managed service organization focused on nationwide expansion. Provider-based healthcare finance experience is a plus.

The Finance Manager reviews partner-sourced financial data and reporting, analyzes operational and financial performance, and presents findings and recommendations to management. The role leads reporting and financial reviews, coordinates annual budgeting across partner operations with different fiscal year-ends, supports new partner implementation, and identifies improvement opportunities with partner and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years of experience and at least 2 years of healthcare experience.
• Demonstrable knowledge of financial statements, the relationships among them, and the business operations they represent.
• Experience with quantitative modeling and analytical methods, such as operations analytics and financial forecasting.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects for competing internal and external clients.
• Ownership and accountability for tasks and projects, including timely delivery of analyses and quality of final work products.
• Superior judgment, analytical abilities, and decision-making skills.
• Expert-level computer skills, including expert proficiency in Excel, advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, and intermediate proficiency in Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Review hospital-partner financial reporting and accounting records or data for assigned JV and MSA operations to support accurate and comprehensive reporting and metrics.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, explain key drivers, and periodically conduct revenue-cycle analysis.
• Present analysis, insights, and recommended actions to the management team.
• Manage monthly reporting and lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews with hospital partners and Intuitive Health management.
• Support reporting requests from the healthcare-focused private-equity investor.
• Lead or coordinate the annual budgeting process and prepare budgets for assigned partner operations with different fiscal year-ends.
• Coordinate and guide new JV and MSA partners through finance-related implementation efforts.
• Identify operational and financial improvement opportunities and coordinate with hospital partner and Operations teams to implement them.
