The Manager supporting Arby’s U.S. Franchise will own P&L management for the segment, including budgeting/forecasting, reporting, analyzing, and communicating financial information for the brand leadership team. In this role, the Manager will provide overall financial leadership to the Arby’s U.S. team by ensuring timely and accurate reporting and analysis, projecting sales/revenue and planning Ad Spend, creating in-depth financial modeling to empower data-driven decision making, actively working with AR and cross-functional teams on bad debt analysis, and coordinating with various groups within the organization including ICR and Shared Service groups to best support the brand’s needs. The Manager will create and own processes, work independently, have the ability to challenge and to follow through on complex issues. The position requires direct interaction with senior brand leaders and key franchisees, and the individual will be the key business partner responsible for consulting risks and opportunities to drive the best business decisions for the brand. This position sits within our Atlanta based Global Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.
