This position is for a Finance Manager (M4), working within the Raytheon; Operations, Supply Chain, & Quality (OSQ) Finance organization. Requirements

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (e.g. Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) in program development and execution.
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management), Program Controls and Estimates at Complete (EACs).
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for financial oversight of capacity growth efforts, with contracts spanning multiple contract types and colors of money.
  • Ensure compliance with required Estimates at Complete (EACs) and contractual earned value.
  • Raise the performance levels of their team and provide the organizations they support with timely and thorough quantitative analysis that supports business, program, and project decision making.
