Requirements

2+ years Automotive Finance Manager experience
Proven ability to produce high PVR and strong product penetration
Strong knowledge of lender guidelines, structuring, and compliance
Confident closer who can handle objections and maximize every deal
Competitive, accountable, and results-driven mindset
AFIP certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

Maximize backend gross through strong product presentation and deal structure
Present and sell service contracts, GAP, and protection products at or above benchmarks
Submit deals within 24 hours and ensure funding within 3 days
Structure deals with Sales Managers to drive profitability on every transaction
Maintain strong relationships with lenders and finance sources
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and clean paperwork
Train and support the sales team on finance opportunities and leasing
Track performance across PVR, penetration, and income metrics
