About The Position

McDonald Automotive is seeking a motivated Finance Manager to join their team. This role involves presenting and structuring financing options, building relationships with lending partners, maximizing finance income through compliant product offerings, and ensuring accurate documentation. The Finance Manager will partner closely with the Sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and contribute to the dealership's overall performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth.

Requirements

2–3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager or in automotive finance
Deep understanding of automotive lending, credit profiles, and finance products
Strong deal-closing ability with ethical, customer-first communication
High attention to detail and process discipline
Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software
A professional who wants to build something long-term, not just chase the next desk

Responsibilities

Present and structure financing options that align customer needs with dealership profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with national and local lending partners
Maximize finance income through compliant product offerings (VSC, GAP, insurance, etc.)
Ensure accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
Partner closely with Sales to deliver a seamless, high-end customer experience
Contribute directly to dealership performance, CSI, and long-term growth
