About The Position

We are searching for an experienced FP&A / Strategic Finance professional to step into this key role where you will interact with all key leaders across the organization and help the company continue to grow and expand profitably.

Requirements

A track record of success in a company’s FP&A department and a passion for strategic finance
Experience partnering with non-finance business leaders including accounting, ops, sales, marketing, IT and other departments and collaborating toward a unified mission
Advanced financial modeling and excel skills and a passion for technology and automation
A genuine personality and someone who truly cares…this company is full of people who are intelligent and high performing but also humble and kind…this is not the place for a ladder climbing person who enjoys playing the political game

Responsibilities

Provide a comprehensive monthly business review for each division of the company, analyzing budget vs actual results and providing a narrative explaining the story behind the results
Take ownership for a steady stream of strategic projects…the CFO said “This job should be fun” – as you are always helping solve problems, shed light on opportunities and help gently push the business forward
Leverage your tech skills…this company’s CFO is eager to hire someone who will get into all of their systems and get into the data…there is likely quite a bit of low hanging fruit waiting for someone to harvest
Continually take on more and more over the years…this company has a very loyal and stable employee base and do a great job rewarding strong performers, opening doors of opportunity for key performers who have also built genuine relationships to continue to grow
