The F&I Manager operates within AutoNation's no-haggle sales environment, making credit decisions, submitting deals to lenders for approval, and facilitating the sales process. This role involves identifying and presenting suitable finance and insurance products to customers based on their individual needs and financial situations. The F&I Manager will welcome customers, transition them from sales to finance, develop customer relationships, determine financing needs, present a transparent pricing menu, process finance transactions in compliance with laws, follow up with customers, build rapport for referrals, achieve sales goals, gain product knowledge, and ensure administrative compliance. The primary goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
