About The Position

The Finance Manager at Norm Reeves Toyota is responsible for delivering a positive guest experience while maintaining a primary focus on guest satisfaction. The role uses prior special finance experience and relationships with prime, mid-prime, and sub-prime lenders to support automotive financing, particularly for guests with credit challenges. The Finance Manager guides transactions from the initial lead inquiry through vehicle delivery and loan funding, while working with patience, resilience, and strong attention to detail.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
A minimum of two years of F&I experience is preferred.
Proficiency with CDK and RouteOne.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Leadership skills in team-based and independent settings.
Prior experience with credit-challenged sub-prime auto lending and an understanding of the sub-prime automotive business.

Existing relationships with prime, mid-prime, and sub-prime lenders.

Responsibilities

Sell back-end products using a menu, including service contracts, GAP, and paint/fabric sealants.
Manage Contracts in Transit on a daily basis.
Work with lenders specializing in poor-credit profiles and sub-prime lending.
Collect all stipulations associated with sub-prime credit files.
Manage transactions from the initial lead inquiry through vehicle delivery and loan funding.
Work patiently with credit-challenged clientele.
Help ensure guests are the primary focus and leave satisfied with their experience.
