Finance Manager
About The Position
The Finance Manager will present and structure financing options that align customer needs with dealership profitability. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with national and local lending partners, maximizing finance income through compliant product offerings (VSC, GAP, insurance, etc.), and ensuring accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations. The Finance Manager will partner closely with Sales to deliver a seamless, high-end customer experience and contribute directly to dealership performance, CSI, and long-term growth.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager or in automotive finance
- Deep understanding of automotive lending, credit profiles, and finance products
- Strong deal-closing ability with ethical, customer-first communication
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software
- A professional who wants to build something long-term, not just chase the next desk
