Amazon’s North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance is looking for a Finance Manager to be a trusted finance partner for Productivity and Hours Controllership. Our TSSL Finance team closely partners across Operations and Program teams to support a rapidly expanding business while building a connected network of fulfillment centers, delivery stations, sort centers, vans, box trucks, and technology to deliver customers' packages on time - often next day, sometimes faster. The TSSL Finance team seeks a Finance professional to partner with the Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, and Strategy Teams, and to drive an agenda of optimization, efficiency, and insights across TSSL. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a vast network of fulfillment centers, coordinate initiatives that span across multiple organizations and stakeholders with high visibility to senior leadership. Requirements

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
• 6+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
• 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
• 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
• 5+ years of finance, tax or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience

Nice To Haves

• 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
• 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

Responsibilities

• Oversee a vast network of fulfillment centers.
• Coordinate initiatives that span across multiple organizations and stakeholders with high visibility to senior leadership.
• Design, develop, and maintain performance measurements and reporting on strategic input drivers to continuously improve the economics of the business.
• Influence business owners, support thoughtful decision-making, and adapt to a rapidly-evolving environment.
• Collaborate with executives and various business units across Amazon.
• Prioritize the most impactful projects and programs that will drive the TSSL business segment forward.
• Deliver forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results.
