About The Position

Finance strategically partners with operations to drive outstanding business results and enhance Ford’s industry leadership. When you join us, you’ll be able to contribute financial expertise that impacts all areas of our company, including planning, manufacturing, marketing and global distribution. In this position, as the Manager of Global SRM Finance, you will be the architect of Ford’s financial strategy for managing supply chain disruptions. You will lead a newly transformed global organization of 10 professionals (3 supervisors and 7 analysts) dedicated to a dual-mission strategy: Proactive Risk Identification and Active Distressed Supplier Case Management. You will play a pivotal role in Ford’s Supplier Risk Management transformation, moving the organization from a reactive posture to a predictive one, ensuring production stability and safeguarding Ford’s financial interests across the global supply base.
