This Finance Manager role is in the Residential HVAC business unit (BU) and will support the product growth teams (PGT), strategic initiatives, and Market Share in-depth insights and analysis. The role reports into the Res HVAC Finance Leader, will have two direct reports & will be a key support and advisor to the VP, Product Management. The Finance Manager will also provide financial leadership across multiple organizations in the BU, including product management, engineering, marketing, digital, and strategy. The successful candidate must have a proven background of strategic leadership, analytical excellence, and a strong work ethic in a demanding environment. A successful candidate should demonstrate strong business partnership and be self-motivated to drive business growth and profitability.
