What you will do: Provide market and share analysis and insights to the product management and commercial teams to drive business decisions & market outperformance Partner with the product management team to develop pricing insights, proposals and recommendations Partner with the product management team to provide product forecasts, report on product performance, providing insights into; price, margins, volume, and mix Support the SIOP process through aligning market & business outlooks with input from product management, sales, and supply chain to optimize manufacturing planning and inventory levels Support gate review process for new product development and other projects Serve as the Finance lead for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting and analysis Financial ownership of budgets for product management Lead, coach, and develop high performance team members What you will bring: Four-year degree in accounting or finance required; MBA and/or CPA preferred 10+ years of experience within the Finance function of a publicly held global Corporation required Excellent communicator with demonstrated influencing skills and the ability to build and leverage internal and external alliances with a high level of social and cultural sensitivity Excellent analytical and modeling skills Collaborator with a strong ability to build relationships and trust with executive management and stakeholders Experience leading teams in financial cycles Ability to identify process improvements and drive change, efficiency and standardization of the company’s processes Possess excellent organization and time management skills to be able to handle several assignments at one time and work in matrix organization Other Key Qualifications Include: Forward thinking mindset with proven ability to forecast & plan effectively Understanding of performance drivers across the P&L, cash flow and balance sheet Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Strong collaborator who is highly effective working across organizations/functions Capability & drive to advance analytics enabled work processes Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $95,700.00 - $199,300.00 Compensation Type: Salary Incentive Eligible: Yes Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
