The Finance “Co-Pilot” partners with business leaders to turn financial data into clear insights that improve decisions, performance, planning, and execution while maintaining financial discipline. This role challenges assumptions, identifies risks and opportunities, and clarifies the financial impact of key decisions. This role specifically partners with Procurement Leadership to evaluate and support optimal sourcing, supplier, and spend-management decisions. This includes evaluating sourcing strategy development, financial analysis for supplier negotiations, contract reviews, strategic supplier performance and risk assessment, and analyzing financial performance such as purchase price variance, inflation, and productivity. The role also focuses on identifying, validating, and tracking cost savings opportunities, strengthening procedures around supplier spend, purchase commitments, and contract compliance. Additionally, it supports procurement-related cash flow forecasting and working capital management, including supplier payment terms, purchase commitments, and inventory impacts. The Finance Manager will partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations to evaluate inventory replenishment strategies, balancing service levels, cost efficiency, and cash flow objectives.
