About The Position

ADP is hiring a Finance Manager – FP&A. This role is for a high performing finance professional who has built a strong finance foundation and is ready to take on broader responsibility. The ideal candidate enjoys going beyond the numbers, understanding performance drivers, identifying risks and opportunities, and translating complex financial information into a clear story for senior leaders. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leaders, gain enterprise level exposure, build sophisticated financial models, and help shape strategic financial decisions. As Finance Manager – FP&A, you will play a critical role in driving executive decision support, enterprise planning, and financial insight. This is a highly visible finance role with direct exposure to senior leadership. You will lead management reporting, enterprise consolidations, and forecasting, while serving as a key partner in financial transformation and automation initiatives. This role requires strong financial analysis, executive level communication skills, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. To thrive in this role, you will bring strong experience in financial reporting, analysis, and executive level communications. You are skilled at translating complex financial results into clear, compelling business insights and understand how to balance the science of financial accuracy with the art of financial storytelling. Requirements

• 6-10 years of demonstrated progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or related analytical discipline supporting financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, planning, and presentations.
• A track record of increasing responsibility, scope and impact throughout your finance career.
• Expertise in financial modeling and reporting, including developing and maintaining financial models and analytical tools to support financial performance management, scenario analysis, strategic initiatives, and executive decision-making.
• Experience creating executive level presentations to effectively communicate the story behind the numbers
• Technically competent and curious, with experience leveraging AI, automation, financial systems, or emerging technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and analytical effectiveness
• Detail oriented with the ability to analyze and synthesize complex financial information and effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders
• Flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assist with various ad hoc projects, with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates strong ownership, accountability and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering accurate, high-quality financial reporting and analysis while operating effectively in a fast-paced evolving environment
• Ability to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging and influencing business partners and finance stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint and Excel.
• You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and delivery of executive reporting, including CEO/CFO dashboards, presentations, and materials to support senior leadership decision making
• Develop quarterly Investor Relations earnings support materials and ensure financial messages are accurate, clear and compelling
• Partner with Finance leadership to continually improve management reporting, with an emphasis on analytical rigor, financial storytelling, and actionable insights
• Lead enterprise FP&A consolidations and reporting, ensuring timely, accurate and insightful results
• Coordinate planning, forecasting, and reporting across business units and corporate functions
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and emerging issues and proactively communicate them to Finance leadership
• Help drive consistency and accuracy across the planning and forecasting process
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models and analytical tools supporting forecasting, scenario analysis, financial performance management, and strategic initiatives
• Deliver insightful financial analysis that highlights performance drivers, emerging trends, risks and opportunities, enabling proactive business decisions
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve recurring reporting, analysis and planning processes
• Support the modernization of the team’s financial tools, processes and reporting infrastructure
• Develop scalable approaches to AI and automation across the FP&A organization
• Build strong relationships with Finance and corporate function partners across the organization
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business drivers and translate financial results into meaningful business insights
• Serve as a trusted Finance partner who brings both analytical rigor and sound business judgement.
• Own high-priority strategic projects as business needs evolve
