Finance Manager, FP&A Supply Chain Finance at a Glance…. The Finance Manager, FP&A Supply Chain Finance is the central supply chain finance person within North America that provides broad business and financial counsel to the Head of SC Finance, Head of FP&A, Manufacturing VPs, and ZTE. This role will work to increase visibility into supply chain performance across NA Operations. The manager will work under the direction of the Finance Lead – FP&A Supply Chain Finance. This role will lead teams in rituals and routines, process improvements, and cost savings initiatives in addition to assisting in the budget, forecast, and results reporting process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ Excel mastery and financial systems acumen
  • Minimum 3 years’ Financial Planning / Forecasting experience
  • Influencing skills and ability to work across the organization required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

Responsibilities

  • Establish & lead efficient roles and routines for financial processes (monthly results reporting and forecast roll-ups).
  • Review report submissions from supply teams and challenge assumptions and forecasts
  • Coordinate the Budget and Strategic Plan for North America Supply Chain with cross-functional partners in Operations, Commercial, HR, Global and Finance
  • Support Head of Supply Chain Finance in ad hoc analytical requests
  • Work cross-functionally with finance teams in Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics to build the Monthly Business Reviews, Forecast Reviews and Budget Checkpoints
  • Review analytical projects by identifying potential savings and give input on which projects are most viable.
  • Determine subsequent project plans and timelines.
  • Partner with operations stakeholders to integrate budgets and forecasts into business review
  • Lead training and change management initiatives across the organization to improve team capabilities
