About The Position

Lovering Auto Group is seeking a motivated automotive professional to join their team as a Finance Manager / Desk Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to float between three dealership locations (Nashua, Concord, and Meredith), providing exposure to different management teams, sales environments, and customer bases. The position is designed for growth, allowing the individual to expand their responsibilities, leadership experience, and position themselves for future management opportunities within the organization. This role is ideal for someone looking to understand the entire operation of a multi-store automotive group and build a reputation across the entire Lovering organization.

Requirements

• Experienced automotive professional
• Finance Manager experience
• Some Desk Manager or Sales Management experience
• Understands deal structure and profitability
• Strong F&I knowledge and lender relationships
• Understands how to read a deal and identify opportunities
• Can coach and develop salespeople
• Communicates effectively with both customers and employees
• Comfortable working in multiple dealership environments
• Organized and process-driven
• Can adapt quickly to different teams and situations
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Structuring and desking automotive deals
• Working with sales consultants and managers to maximize opportunities
• Managing finance and insurance presentations
• Working with lenders and financial institutions
• Protecting gross and dealership profitability
• Reviewing and structuring trades
• Coaching salespeople on deal structure and process
• Helping managers identify opportunities within their pipeline
• Supporting sales managers with TOs and closing opportunities
• Maintaining strong compliance and documentation
• Helping create consistency across our three locations
• Building relationships with customers and employees throughout the organization
