As a Finance Manager, you will partner with a newly formed business team focused on Delivery Automation solutions including robots and autonomous vehicles, providing strategic financial guidance that shapes the future of our operations. Requirements

• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop financial frameworks and models for Delivery Automation solutions, analyzing value propositions and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Own financial reporting and processes for the business area, including budget management, forecasting, and performance analysis to support the team's growth objectives and business goals.
• Dive deep into data to build comprehensive analyses and narratives that deliver meaningful results, translating complex financial information into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes through automation and collaboration, ensuring scalability and efficiency as the business grows.
• Navigate across partner organizations to build strong partnerships, share knowledge, and influence data-driven decision making while maintaining strong financial controllership.
