About The Position

We’re seeking a Finance Manager - Deal Desk to guide how Rula grows. As an individual contributor, you’ll partner closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to shape growth strategy, evaluate trade-offs, and develop strategic forecasting of complex deals. You’ll be responsible to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, while balancing short-term efficiency with long-term impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, navigating ambiguity, and shaping strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles
  • 2+ years of dedicated experience specifically within a Deal Desk or Commercial Operations function
  • Proven experience informing growth or go-to-market strategy through financial analysis
  • Experience building and owning scenario-based topline forecasts
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Ability to clearly communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders and executive audiences
  • Direct healthcare experience or relevant consulting experience with a healthcare focus

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of unit economics, including LTV, CAC, payback analysis, and cohort analyses
  • Background in a high-growth or scaling company
  • Experience in a healthcare services or marketplace businesses
  • Prior experience in Investment Banking, Private equity, or Consulting
  • Experience partnering closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, or GTM teams
