About The Position

These individuals help organisations streamline their operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency by managing key processes and functions on their behalf. They are skilled in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver high-quality services to clients. Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services, along with managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance and delivery risk. Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services. As a Finance and Accounting Managed Services Senior Associate you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Requirements

Hands on experience in accounting or finance, with a strong track record in financial reporting and/or management accounting
Proficiency in digital and/or data analysis tools
Demonstrate a self-starter mindset by proactively identifying opportunities, taking ownership of tasks, and driving projects forward, while showing flexibility and adaptability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Approach projects with a detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout all stages of the process
Demonstrate coachability by actively seeking feedback, embracing growth opportunities, and pursuing continuous development
Actively mentor and support engagement team members by sharing expertise and feedback, helping them grow and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing, and inclusive environment for their engagements
The ability to clearly present findings and recommendations, both written and verbally, is vital

Nice To Haves

Pursuing your Canadian CPA or other accounting designation is an asset
Experience with cloud accounting software is considered an asset
