The Digital Reporting Lead is responsible for setting the strategic direction, development, and continuous optimization of reporting and analytics solutions to support the Credit and Collections department. This role serves as a key partner to finance management, providing data for decision making, strengthening financial controls, and enhancing operational performance across the end-to-end AR process. As the Lead, you will own the design, governance, and delivery of scalable reporting frameworks that provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights into all aspects of the AR portfolio. The Lead provides standardized reporting for the regional collection teams, the UAD/UCD team, and the Admin team by delivering standardized tools that support daily collection activities, monthly performance tracking, and long-term strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading the development and maintenance of reporting solutions, and establishing controls to proactively identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies. This role acts as a central point of coordination for reporting enhancements, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts to help streamline period end close reporting tools, reduce manual effort, and increase reporting efficiency. The role also provides ad-hoc reporting that supports advanced analytics, departmental goals, internal and external audit requirements, and transformation initiatives.
