About The Position

This position reports to the Finance Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis and supports key workstreams associated with AbbVie’s LBE, Plan, LRP, and Board of Directors (BOD). The role liaises with cross-functional stakeholders within Finance and offers opportunities to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership. The position supports financial planning, consolidation, reporting, analysis, and related deliverables.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
6+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Superior communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex financial analyses clearly and concisely.
Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities.
Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Nice To Haves

Relevant experience across a range of Finance functions is preferred.
Experience with BPC, Power BI, or W-Desk is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support consolidation and reporting for the Non-GAAP LRP and Plan process by collaborating with stakeholders throughout the company.
Prepare agile analysis for the Director and VP of FP&A to support executive-level storytelling.
Compile a comprehensive LRP and Plan Reporting Package for Senior Leadership.
Ensure LRP and Plan data integrity across systems of record and support reporting.
Help support LBE, BOD, and Quarterly Earnings deliverables.
Partner with Finance Transformation to develop an enhanced LBE reporting tool.
Perform ad-hoc analysis as required.
