About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Finance & Investor Relations Intern to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a college student to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, business analytics, and investor relations within a REIT environment.

Requirements

• Current college student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PowerPoint
• Experience with financial modeling

Responsibilities

• Support the Accounting and Finance team with the preparation and analysis of financial reporting across both property and corporate levels
• Assist in reporting monthly property financials and operating performance
• Consolidate property-level rollups into corporate-level reporting models
• Prepare supporting schedules for investor statements, quarterly updates, and performance reporting
• Maintain and update financial reporting templates used for internal management and investor materials
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and consistency of data and reporting outputs
