About The Position

The role is designed for a fully qualified finance professional who can operate independently, exercise sound judgment on significant matters, and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority. The analyst will combine financial expertise, business partnership, data and reporting capability, and continuous-improvement leadership to help move PIM toward a more connected, AI-enabled, and forward-looking finance model. A central focus of the role is enhancing AI-augmented reporting and translating financial data into actionable insight. The analyst will partner with Future of Finance teams to improve standardized reporting, strengthen forecast accuracy, and help embed new planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities into day-to-day manufacturing investment management.
