About The Position

The Mars Veterinary Centers of America (VCA) Finance Internship Experience is a 10-week summer program designed to provide interns with exposure to various finance functions. Interns will assist finance teams in driving the digital agenda by unlocking analytics capabilities and processes, and by molding the usage and adoption of next-generation applications and technologies. They will collaborate with various stakeholders on tangible, project-based assignments that offer visibility to senior leadership. The internship aims to build skills in data storytelling, analysis, process optimization, senior leader communication, project ownership, and stakeholder alignment. A competitive experience with the potential for full-time employment in the MARS Finance Leadership Experience (MFLE) program post-graduation is offered upon successful completion and evaluation.

Requirements

Agile students with a drive for results and a desire to learn.
Ability to quickly build relationships.
Passion for the consumer products industry.
Majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related business fields.
Eligible candidates will intern the summer prior to their final graduation date (typically rising seniors).
Willingness to relocate to the site of the role.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S., without the need for current or future work sponsorship.
Eligible candidates will be responsible for personal transportation to and from work site during duration of the internship program.
