About The Position

As a Royal Canin Finance Intern, you will gain exposure to driving the digital agenda by unlocking analytics capabilities, processes, and helping to mold the usage and adoption of next generation applications and technologies. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive value through tangible, project-based assignments with visibility to senior leadership. This role will help build capability in sought after skills including data storytelling, analysis, process optimization, senior leader communication, project ownership, and stakeholder alignment. This is a competitive experience with the potential to join full-time within the MARS Finance Leadership Experience (MFLE) program post-graduation after a successful internship and candidate evaluation. Opportunities are available in Chicago, IL, Franklin, TN, Creve Couer, MO, Los Angeles, CA, New York City, NY, and other offices across North America. You will be assigned to work with one of our many Mars Segments, including Mars Snacking, Pet Nutrition, Royal Canin, VCA, and more.

Requirements

Agile students who have a drive for results, a desire to learn, and who can quickly build relationships
Students who are passionate about the consumer products industry and are majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related business fields
Eligible candidates will intern the summer prior to their final graduation date (typically rising seniors)
Willingness to relocate to the site of the role
Open to students legally authorized to work in the U.S., without the need for current or future work sponsorship
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of drug & background screening
Eligible candidates will be responsible for personal transportation to and from work site during duration of the internship program.
