Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support. KLA Finance Interns will manage a project that focuses on analytical and process improvement activities, identifying KPI's and building actionable reports all while strengthening business acumen. Although specific projects will depend on company needs and individual experience, examples of past and potential projects can include optimizing forecasting process, analysis of key programs through various phases of development and presenting findings to management, create and maintain database to help in revenue recognition process for an accurate forecast, engage with and collaborate cross functionally with Engineering, Ops, Service and Divisions Finance for target setting and report of results.

Requirements

  • Current student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
  • Must be ambitious, self motivated, and have a great attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn technical applications
  • Organized and detail orientated with ability to work in fast paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Excel skills a plus

Responsibilities
