Finance Intern
About The Position
Fenwick is excited to offer an internship opportunity in our Finance Department. We currently have four internship openings across several areas of the department. Interns may support work related to: Accounting & Operations (Seattle, WA) - exposure to core financial processes, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting activities Pricing (Silicon Valley or San Francisco, CA) - assisting with budgeting, reporting, and data-driven insights Billing (New York, NY) - contributing to documentation, review processes, and financial accuracy Accounts Payable (Silicon Valley or San Francisco, CA) - supporting workflows related to expenses, vendors, and financial coordination These openings provide broad experience across the finance function, offering hands-on learning with financial systems, operational workflows, and cross-team collaboration. We're a team that embraces AI and innovation as part of how we work. We're looking for people who are curious about new tools, willing to experiment, and open to evolving how they do their best work. The position offers a hybrid schedule, requiring at least one day on‑site per week in office, with the possibility of additional required in‑office days depending on business and client needs. This role is non-exempt and full time. The internship is expected to run through summer 2026.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college degree program
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
