Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good math skills required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to present to senior leaders
  • High sense of confidentiality
  • Ability to act as a team player and work closely with others
  • Ability to learn quickly and multitask required
  • Strong quality and results orientation with a proactive approach
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
  • Ability to work independently with moderate level of direction
  • Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Currently pursuing a degree in a related field at an accredited university

Responsibilities

  • Work with Manager of Financial Analysis to ensure business unit objectives are aligned to regional and corporate strategic objectives
  • Strong analytical skills with a High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to use MS Excel & MS Outlook
  • Ability to build interpersonal relationships and work with available resources to accomplish objectives
  • Participates in team meetings and activities
  • Works cross functionally under direction to improve manufacturing/department processes
  • Completes special projects as assigned by their manager, to include analysis and change continuous improvement recommendations as requested
  • Complete month end close activities to ensure expenses are appropriately captured and provide financial and analytical support
  • Contribute to special projects and support business implementations as needed
  • Support continuous improvement of data validation procedures and quality assurance protocols
  • Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture
  • Other work related tasks / ad-hoc reporting as needed
